Trust posture · receipts > promises
Built to pass the security review you haven't asked for yet.
Five things that are true by default. One simple way we label every claim. It can run in your own cloud. And everything anyone can see from the outside comes with receipts.
Defaults
Data residency
Workloads run on regional cloud infrastructure. For regulated buyers, the whole thing can run in your own cloud account, with the data boundaries under your control.
Safe data review
When we look at your data, nothing changes without your ok. Anything that writes back only happens after scope, owners, and per-workflow approvals are set.
A full record of every action
Every action carries its source, the approval checkpoint it cleared, who signed off, what it produced, the result, and how to undo it. You can export it any time on 30 days' notice.
Deletion-proof exit
At engagement end, every resource we stood up for you is deleted under a signed deletion manifest — and your full record of every action is exported to you first.
No marketing without consent
Cold SMS marketing, DNC bypass, AI-edited do-not-contact records, and AI-created consent are blocked at the approval checkpoint. Always.
Every metric carries a claim tag
We classify every external claim into one of four tiers. The tier is visible next to the number.
Supported by company data, customer data, or production logs.
Supported by credible external research; not yet proven by us.
Plausible, useful for planning, explicitly unproven.
Internal aspiration. Never used in buyer or investor materials.
Who operates Flametool
A named company stands behind the platform — and behind your contract.
Flametool is built and operated by MindLink ApS, a company registered in Denmark. MindLink is the legal entity you sign with, and the company responsible for keeping your data and your full record of every action safe.
When the platform runs in your own cloud account, your data stays in your environment — MindLink operates the software, you keep ownership of what it produces. There is a real company, a real address, and a real point of contact behind every promise on this page.
